水素酸素のメカニズム

水素分子は、ヒドロキシルラジカル（•OH）や過酸化亜硝酸陰イオン（ONOO⁻）などの活性酸素種（ROS）を中和する選択的抗酸化物質として作用し、酸化還元反応を通じてそれらを無害な水分子に変換します。

有害なフリーラジカルが除去された後、細胞の生存率および生理的恒常性が回復される可能性があります。細胞機能の改善は、さまざまな器官系の回復を支援することが示されており、時間の経過とともに臨床的な生化学マーカーにおいて進行的な改善が観察されます。

ヒト吸入において生理学的に許容される酸素濃度は、通常20％から40％の範囲になります。40％を超える酸素濃度に24時間以上曝露されると、酸素中毒により健康リスクを引き起こす可能性があります。アスクレピオスメディテックの水素酸素ネブライザーは、酸素濃度33％を含むガス混合物を供給するよう設計されており、長期吸入において医学的に認められた安全範囲内に十分収まっています。

水素酸素療法の主な生物学的特性
選択的抗酸化作用 – 水素は、有害な活性酸素種、特にヒドロキシルラジカル（•OH）を選択的に中和し、一酸化窒素（NO•）などの有益なシグナル伝達分子は保持します。
酸素利用の向上 – 水素（H₂）は、酸素（O₂）の細胞内取り込みと効率を改善し、組織の低酸素状態を緩和し、代謝回復を支援します。
抗炎症調節 – 水素は、NF-κBやNLRP3などの炎症誘発性シグナル伝達経路を抑制し、IL-6やTNF-αなどのサイトカインの発現を低下させます。
全身的な多臓器への効果 – 全身性吸収を通じて、水素酸素は肺、脳、心臓、腎臓をはじめとする複数の臓器における機能的な回復を支援します。
